<br>“The way I see it, if 70 to 80 percent of country music is brought by women, then why not have a women in the studio who’s written hit after hit,” says John Rich. The former ‘other lead singer’ for Lonestar met Sharon Vaughn when they were co-writing songs. John realized Sharon was coming from a different place then guys who produce all the records in town. John figured Sharon knew what women wanted to hear and, bingo, they became his production team. He co-wrote 10 of the 11 songs for his debute album, Under The Same Moon, soon to be in the marketplace. Named last month by People Magazine as one of America’s 100 Most Eligible Bachelors, John is thinking more about his career than his eligibility.
