    CMAs

    ok let's discuss.. . since Garth's involved..

TY's outfit- not flattering at all (IMO - at first glance). Garth- looked like he was wearing a toupee in one pic..

Vocal event- They gave it to the billy ray. / lil NAs 'joke' of a song... ugh..

    Entertainer- still to come...

Not surprised by the vocal event. That literally was one of the biggest songs of the year.

    #meetoo was on full display

Opening was good but no love for Roseanne cash or faith hill?

Carrie Underwood is the sexiest woman I have ever seen in my life.

Watching willie nelson sing was sad and beautiful at the same time

    Maren Morris is legit

Garth man take the wig off no one is buying it.

Has Faith been blacklisted from the industry for some reason?

definitely did not hide from pushing the female element of country music tonight!

Opening was good but no love for Roseanne cash or faith hill?
or Wynona and Naomi Judd? And heck, no TY either

Carrie Underwood is the sexiest woman I have ever seen in my life.
for me that distinction would lie with my wife but Carrie is def. attractive!

was thinking the same thing- he wasn't even really playing... I hate to say it but I think you may hear that 'willie nelson has passed' in the near future- he didn't look good at all

    Maren Morris is legit
ya know- I have to say- She's really good! (Iv'e not listened to her too much- but I may have to change that- Kelsea ballerini too!!

Garth man take the wig off no one is buying it.
I'm so glad I'm not the only one who was thinking that!!

So, is Carrie Underwood pregnant again? that thought did cross my mind- looks like (acc. to twitter ) I'm not the only one questioning that either

Here it is 5 months later, and Garth STILL (according to the CMA interview I just watched w/ KYGO the local radio station) says Denver was the "greatest night of his life".. at the moment, we still hold the 'title' for what it's worth (ok, had to mention it- jumping back off the soapbox there)

It looks like when Blake Shelton did God's Country he got a standing ovation from everyone except Miranda Lambert and her man.

No offense, but do you honestly think he did not know what station he was being interviewed by?

And how do you watch a radio interview?

I'm sure he did... he's not an idiot.. and neither am I..

But he's stuck to the same story/comment about Denver being the greatest night of his life.. I like that

Lambert is a pathetic woman and I thought it was hilarious that she sang a song about cheating.

Really disappointed that they decided to go with so many people singing together. This is when country can showcase their starts and instead they tried to get the pop crowd involved.

Where was Jon pardi? Morgan wallen? and you have dierks singing a cover song? Total screw up

The show for me was horrible except for Garth winning.

I'm sure it was pretty amazing, if he's saying something like that to begin with. I'm sure he'll never say that about a show here in CA. Our concert crowds Suck.

Our country crowds do suck but we hardly get the concerts unless you live in LA. Garth sold out the Paso fair so quick and they did a second concert at a fair that doesn't get many second concerts. For country fans on the Central Coast, the Paso Fair is about the only country music we get unless we head to LA or Fresno or Sacramento. Places you have to drive to, pay lots of money etc. So hard to gauge a crowd of people in Cali.

It was def amazing- I'd say more than amazing.. I was hesitant before the show to think that Garth could actually pull off the 'make a large stadium feel small and intimate' goal.. yet that's exactly what happened- I Felt like I was at the Pepsi center watching a show with a crowd of less than 20,000... yet there were over 84000 people there.. Hearing Garth's words about the the show after, why he called it the greatest night of his life...... then hearing the exact same stuff from him 5 months later.. . kinda cool and still special IMO..

never been to a country concert in CA so I'll have to take your word for it on that...
