The only Time I knew of Garth going with someone else (at least in my neck of the woods) was the 2015 show set at the Pepsi center, but that's cause they have their own ticketing system (not Ticketmaster).. Ticketmaster and live nation did merge I think about 8-9 yrs ago...

I'd wager it's not Garth... still.... with it being a stadium, and the concert being "next summer" according to WGRZ in buffalo's website.. it COULD be him.. ehh- who knows.. .
