I've seen 3 other people on the Garth Facebook group one has already gotten theirs and the other two and me or still awaiting for ours to be reshipped they claim there was a mix up with the shipping

So I finally got a box set at one of my Best Buy's and they gave me a $10 Gift Card, so I may get a Playstation 4 game for a discount in the future.

So, am I right to assume that the three different versions sent out have three different of the Triple Live covers? It would be ashame if they sent duplicate covers out.

Anyone heard of Legacy being sold cheaper for the holiday season? I refuse to spend over $40 for it even if the reviews have been nothing short of amazing.

not gonna buy one to open until I get a chance at it for a discounted price myself- have my numbered set that will stay wrapped.. will go for the analog version eventually- if/when it's cheaper.. but still, Id need to get a vinyl player... and that's not high on my priority list either

I'll admit- I'm tempted to laugh- Wal*mart and Black Friday do not exactly equal something I wanna partake in- I've done it once- that was enough.. however.. wouldn't help as I'm out of town for thanksgiving

I had a bad experience the one time I went but it was for Garth so I did it. I am in a small town now so I will brave it on Thursday for the record player. In and out of store.

Sorry, but you're not going to get a very good Record Player for roughly the price of 2 Albums. Even if it is Black Friday. Expect to spend at least $100 to get anything "decent."

True, I totally agree but I live in a small studio so space is a concern. So for me it is a great deal and I bought an extra analog copy for playing. I probably won't listen to albums as much as CDs but it is nice to have, so for $30 bucks, its a deal. :-) Plus I have a friend in Sac Town who buys updated electronics and when he gets a new stereo, I volunteered to take his off his hands. He gave last years away before he knew I wanted vinyl player...Oh well. :-) I wish I had room and could afford an expensive stereo. BTW our local Cracker Barrel was down to two Legacys when we had dinner their tonight. Both analog.

Garth Brooks: The Legacy Collection Collector's Set is now selling at 114.99 at Amazon. I think that 's the lowest it's been this far (134 before). I guess it's a Cyber Monday deal.

Legacy was picked as one of the holiday gifts to give by Billboard Magazine. Every little bit helps.
