May have caught an illegalitie (Garth-related)

And for the record, it's nothing that Garth did, okay, but it involves a casino that I went to in Biloxi as of 5-24-2019. What happened was, I was at the Imperial Palace Casino in Biloxi to catch The Randy Rogers Band perform and while waiting in line I saw what looked to be a picture of Garth with his guitar and headset mic doing a concert pose to promote shows not related to him and it did not look like a cover act, it looked like the real thing.

Now Boyd Gaming is the owner of Imperial Palace in Biloxi, and knowing how much casinos make money, they probably were able to pay a fee to use that picture. But the other half of me is saying that they probably didn't and if that be the case, I think Garth has every right to sue these guys for using his likeness without permission.

If need be I'll make a return to trip to that casino and give you all photo evidence because I didn't think to take a picture the night of the concert, but believe me I saw it with my own eyes. But question, if I took a picture and showed it to you guys and if I'm right, do you guys know a way I can forward this to Garth's Management?

I don't have any info on how to get this to his management firm. HEY GB management! I am betting somebody reads these posts and has a username here. They can reach out.

If Rusty Jones is still his attorney, I think I may have found the phone number for his law office.
