My guess is they'll settle out of court. A lot would depend on whether she suffered any permanent injury. Even so, he will want to avoid the negative publicity.

Most likely.. a Lawsuit in these types of situations are often filed for that goal.. an out of court settlement..

Here’s a video where you can see the pole fall. It happens around the 4:05 mark and you see it just for a second and then the camera pans left.
