    It was fun.
    He played songs and stuff.
    Then he did an encore.

Will report back after the show tomorrow.

Hate to admit it but I was disappointed.

Letís start with the set list

    Garth in ATL. 10/12

Both Mitch and Karen opened with about 15 minute sets. Garth started around 9pm.

    Devil went down to Ga
    Rodeo
    2 of a kind
    River
    2 pina coladas
    Papa loved mama
    Ainít going down
    Unanswered prayers
    That summer
    Ask me how I know
    Thunder Rolls
    In another eyes
    X and o
    How do I live
    Prizefighter
(Jimmy carter showed up and presented Trisha with some sort of commendation from the state of Georgia)
Georgia on my mind (she was emotional during this)
Sheís in love with the boy
    Baton Rouge
    FILP
    THE DANCE

    ENCORE
    Sheís every woman
    The change
    Red strokes
    Piano man
Standing outside the fire (full band)

Thatís it. Except for sheís every woman none of the encore songs were full except SOTF.

Iíve read the other thread about sound issues. When we first got to our seats in lower bowl Mitch was playing and my husband mentioned how bad the acoustics were. During Karyn and then Garthís set I could hear the songs but not much of what was being said.

I was happy he opened with Devil went down to Georgia and was hoping that it was the beginning of an epic show. Alas, it was the shortest show Iíve seen and leaving out one of my favorites, Shameless.

The crowd was loud but this was my 6th show on this tour and the most disappointing. Especially since we spent twice as much on tickets.

This was my 11th Garth show. It would rank last out of all the shows I’ve seen.

It was still good and entertaining, but the sound was pretty horrendous. That stadium was not built for live music, and it was very obvious. The echo and feed back was constant.

We still enjoyed ourselves and had a great time, but I was disappointed overall.
He defies music boundaries... End of Debate.
