    Gunslinger my guesses

I think Whiskey to Wine should be nominated for best duet or vocal event or collaboration

see my other post for Friends In low Places

    18 should be a single.

Honky Tonk Somewhere should be a single.

Whiskey to Wine should be a single.

Sugar Can or Bang Bang should be a single.

I think Honky Tonk Somewhere is just too 90's for today's format. One of my favorites on the album though.

I think Whiskey to Wine is an amazing duet but simply too old sounding for today's radio though.

8teen could end up being a single as well as Weekend. Not my favorites, but they have that sound.

Sugarcane hasn't been real popular overall with a lot of the board members here, but truth be told, Sugarcane just might do very well on the radio, being that I don't like most of the stuff they play on radio today lol

I don't know why, but Bang Bang just has that soundtrack feel to it. Something that's played at the end of a movie.

I think the singles should be

Whiskey to Wine - Just a great song and has to be a single
Weekend - Its got that new country sound
Ask me how I know - Its another great song and should be released.

Honky Tonk Somewhere and Cowboys and Friends are great songs and I would love to see them as singles but I have to agree I think they are too country for country fans if that does not sound stupid I don't know what does but its the age we live in.

My fear is that garth is going to try to fit in with todays country and release Pure Adrenaline and Bang Bang. I think it would be a huge mistake.

Sugarcane is not going to be on the stand alone CD so don't know how he would release it as a single plus it sucks so there is that

I believe on Studio G he said the other singles would be Weekend and either Ask Me How I Know or He Really Loves You (Can't remember which one right now)

I think the singles should be:

    The Weekend
    Ask Me How I Know
    Pure Adrenaline
    Honky-Tonk Somewhere

Weekend is the only one that actually screams out single to me...I think MAM had more commercial sounding tunes (BLLDAD not withstanding)

    hmm- quick thoughts:

    Single(s)
BLDAD (ok cheating- its out there already)
    Weekend
MAYBE Ask Me How I know
I can see them trying to get 8teen as a single too.

I'd love to hear Honkytonk somewhere as a single but I agree- it's almost too 90's esque for today's bro country heavy format
