Guilty here too! My friend and I talked about this on the trip to Nashville last December. We felt awful but just couldn't help it! =P

After the shows in December, I'm still yelling: "I've got a ride in NASHVILLE tomorrow night!!"
I was singing this before I got to Nashville!! I told a woman next to me that he would say Nashville, but she didn't think so. She obviously wasn't that big of a fan!

I forgot to add this one: You're a Garth fanatic if you spend your St. Patty's day watching the '97 Dublin concert.

You know you're a Garth fanatic if...

You think Garth and Trisha should lead an all-star charitable song for the earthquake victims in Japan (Guilty)

You consider Garth your Entertainer of the Year every year despite the fact that he's not nominated (Guilty)

Tears came to your eyes when Garth belted out "America the Beautiful" on the NBC special honoring all four living presidents.

I am guilty of 5 of those items:
    Hum Garth classics
I belt out "GOD BLESS CHRIS LEDEUX
    Wish AMTBA was real
I dream about Garth at least once a month and he is always so friendly to me - gives me hugs and lets me hang out with him
And I only work out to Garth songs

"If you think Garth Brooks's song "Ireland" is that country's national anthem....you might be a redneck."
That's so funny because for a long time I did.

You know you're a Garth fanatic if, when the video for The Thunder Rolls comes on, you wonder what it would be like with the third verse...
(Personally, I think that would be amazing, and that he should do it.....)

You know you're a Garth fanatic if...

You notice little things in his videos that would be inconsequent to anyone else. Like in 'I Don't Have To Wonder' at the end, the names on the sign. The guy's last name is 'Mahl.' Was that done intentionally? Is there any significance to it? Two hours of searching the net and I'm no further than I was when i started.

You know you're a Garth fanatic if you spend two hours searching the internet for something that was in a vid just because it MIGHT be significant. Lol.

The second sign is Garth's mum and dad's names (Dickens is nickname and an inside joke with Raymond) and the third sign is Sandy's mum and dad's names (Mahl and Nicholas)

Awesome. I thought somethin was up when I saw that earlier. Lol.

You know you're a Garth fanatic if you only sing his part when listening to 'In Another's Eyes' (Guilty). Lol.

You know you're a Garth fanatic if you're watching Clint Black singing "Sweet Baby James" and your first thought is "Garth sings this better." Nice try, Clint!

You can make your friends think youre an absolute freak when you recite word for word Garth's monologue before revealing the third verse of FILP on This Is Garth Brooks.

"Ya know? Sometimes the craziest things in the world can happen.. You can actually CUT a song.. they can put it in one of those little bitty discs.. They can take it to your radio station, and it's then and only then you realize... SOMETHINGS WRONG."
Dull.. Boring.. OLD HAT.. Kinda like watching paint dry.. And to that I say

    WELCOME... TO THE 90'S..

"I was drivin' around back home and it became on the radio, and I said, 'Garth...' -that's what I go by back home is Garth- I said, 'Garth, would you have handled it that way?' and I said, 'No, I don't think I would.' So I hope you don't mind but I had to go back and write a third verse to this song."

    GUILTY!! Lol!!!

You know you're a Garth fanatic if you listen to his catalog in chronological order at any given moment. (Also guilty.)

You know you're a Garth fanatic if....

You think the video for TMYFML should have followed 2PC on the Ultimate Hits DVD.

You wish Garth would record a duet with Ty England.

You accuse artists of "pulling a Garth" during their shows (Guilty! Chesney flying to the stage, Swift being carried through the crowd)

Tim, I am guilty of that.

You know you're a Garth fanatic if...

You quote him from the Kansas City special whenever you see/smell something gross ("That's just...that's just..Nas-TY!")

You buy a red Chevrolet pickup because Garth used to drive one (It can be seen in the "If Tomorrow Never Comes" video, and in 1997, he sold it to charity)

You wonder how Garth got up to the top of the stage while watching him sing "Ain't Goin' Down" on the Ireland concert DVD (Guilty)

You use the create-a-player on your NHL Play Station game and create a player as Garth. (Guilty. I gave him blue eyes, thin hair, a and his jersey number is 7.)

You know you're a Garth fanatic when...

You think Garth should play casinos in other states.

You hope Garth appears on Grand Ole Opry Live and performs an acoustic set - (Guilty)

You wonder why Garth never had a title track to any of his albums

The only DVDs you ever watch are Garth concerts and music videos.

You know every word to "American Pie," "You May Be Right," "Who'll Stop the Rain," and "Keep Your Hands to Yourself" because you've watched Garth perform them so many times.

Haha, Garth is EXACTLY why I know all of the words to those songs. Don't get me wrong, you can't beat the originals, but I've listened to Garth's covers so many times...

You know you're a Garth fanatic when....

You watch someone's Christmas lights display on You Tube because it was set to a Garth song. (Guilty)

You hear/smell/see something disgusting and quote him from the GAC Kansas City Special: ("Man, that's just...that's just..NAS-TYYY!")

Your friends don't believe you when you tell them that Garth was playing the abusive husband in the "The Thunder Rolls" video.

You think it would be neat to see Garth and Brad Paisley singing "Santa Looked A Lot Like Daddy" together on the Opry stage (Guilty!)

You know you're a Garth fanatic when...

After seeing him in concert in Vegas, you decide to get a circle G logo tattoo on your forearm for the world to see! (Guilty.)

if you listen to songs by singer/songwriters and wonder how Garth would have done them since they were some of his earliest influences. (Guilty).

If you look up the playlist of Garth's shows from last December in Nashville and try to relive the show by listening to the tracks in that exact order....

You know you're a Garth fanatic when you created a Mii of Garth on your Nintendo Wii system (I also made George Strait, Reba, the McGraws, Alan Jackson, Carrie Underwood, Toby Keith and Taylor Swift)

If you downloaded clips of the Nashville, KC, or LA shows and made your own Garth Live dvd.....
If you look closely through any the concert pics you can find posted, just to see if you can find a pic of Garth with you in the background...
