Dennis Quaid has joined the ranks of Keanu Reeves and Russell Crowe with the title Rock Star.
Quaid will be taking his band Dennis Quaid and the Sharks opening night at the fourth annual EAT'M convention on Thursday, May 29.
EAT'M, the Emerging Artists and Technology in Music is a conference, showcase and festival which bridges the gap of educational trends and ideas between artists and professionals in the entertainment industry. EAT'M is attended and supported by industry professionals that represent all facets of the music business including labels, producers, managers, attorneys, technology, agents, promoters, songwriters, publishers and more. The conference in Vegas will features this year's honorees multi-Academy Award winning composer Elmer Bernstein (who will be celebrating his 80th birthday at EAT'M) and Fleetwood Mac's MICK FLEETWOOD, who will also be moderating two mentor sessions at EAT'M about technologies he's using and developing for music producers, artists and songwriters. In addition, Mick will be doing a 30-minute "Industry Perspective," inclusive of Q&A.
Dennis Quaid and The Sharks will play the Party at the oh-so-fabulous Whiskey Sky Bar.
