Ok now granted this was taken BEFORE we got to the OPRY.

There are only 4 signatures on it.. as those was the few I saw before the opry.

When I gave it to Garth.. the ENTIRE Middle of this was engolfed with Signatures from almost every fan of Garth's that was going back to the "Meet and Greet"
And a few that didn't stay. :)

So.. with that said.

This is what I gave Mr. Garth Brooks, at the Opry.

Hope you love it as much as I loved making it and handing it to him! :)

Enjoy!

Cheryl!

now ya know why I just HAD to get that to him last weekend!

lol
It's something else.. lol

I woke up friday at 8am for work.. worked til 7pm then got home and ate dinner... then typed online..listening to Garth on the net during the Opry.. and 3am I go.. damn it! I should be there! lol

So at 3am I drove 7 hours and got there at 8am (with time change) met up with a few people.. ran all around Nashville all day.. got to the opry at 5:30 for the Red Carpet... then drove off and got something to eat... to go back tot he Opry by 9pm and from 9:30pm to about 10:30pm talked to BOB and the gang.. got everyone to sign the award.. went to the Gate.. got more to sign it.. by 12 midnight it was stuffed with signatures.. at 12:30am went back tot he gate.. and at 12:45am.. Garth got it in his hand..

*shew* and from 1am to 5am was talking to Shelley (GottaB-GB) lol.. and at 5am drove home... got some sleep about 1/2 way home.. and at 7pm Sunday.. I was home to tell all..

what a tiring trip that was well worth it! LOL

Jason,
That was the most awsome gift! I just hope somebody, somehow, somewhere got a picture of you giving it to Garth. I would have loved to see the look on Garth's face when you handed it to him.

Jason, that is outstanding!!!!! That was a wonderful thing for you to do for Garth. And, are you saying that you weren't at the Pancake Pantry? I was looking forward to meeting you, but couldn't get myself out of bed early enough Saturday morning. Now I find out that you weren't there? I feel a little better about missing it.......although I would have liked to meet everyone else. Also, when you say you gave it to him at the gate, do you mean the gate at the Opry or the gate at Garth's house?N

Hi Jason,

As you know, I did sign it and I wanna say again that it was awesome. I'm glad you finally got to meet Garth. I didn't meet him but it meant more to me that you and Angela did. I can't wait till Angela gets back so she can tell me the whole story again.

Did you tell Garth that there was stuff on the back too?

Loni :)

Jason,
Very impessive. I can't say much more, it has all been said. You should be very proud of the award you gave to Garth. I bet it meant alot coming from a fan. I am so thrilled you had the opportunity to give it to him in person.
