I believe he sang that at Fan Fair, either on the Riverfront Stage or at the Coliseum...in any event, I remember hearing or seeing this somewhere recently because I immediately thought of Garth.:)

He was one of the songwriters we saw at the Bluebird (with Kent Blazy, Bob DiPiero and another whose name escapes me) when we went there during the 2002 PG Convention.
