Fingerpicking Style

Does anyone know what fingerpicking style Garth uses? I've noticed he favors one when he's playing solo, which I guess most artists do and it *looks* like James Taylor uses it also. I know there's hundreds but does anyone know the name of it? Or does it have a name... hehehehehe.
