Hey

my mom is suffering from arthritis. for the life of me, i will never understand how the weather effects her mood, but she says that it hurts more when its raining.

this song is about a women who suffers a similar condition, and she's inside a car when it starts raining. how she finds the courage to step outside of her car, to get her children, and when she gets them in the car, she doesnt let them out (in her mind, she's protecting them).

its not ready yet, but i wanted to share with you what i have.
i hear slow piano music.

.................................

WHEN ITS RAINING OUTSIDE

She wakes every morning
Brings her kids to school
She waits til they're away to start her routines
Endless meditations
Arthritis medications
The asprin keeps it all behind the scenes

A drop of rain appears
on the windshield of her car
As she's waiting for her children to arrive
She rushes up to hug them
And she tells 'em that she loves them
She releases all the courage built inside

She brings 'em back to safety inside her oldsmobile
Where windows keep the pain from coming in
She stays in the driveaway
'til the rain goes away
She locks the doors and keeps her children in

Her strength is in the tears that fall in stride
when its raining outside

Hi Scott!

Nice to see you.

Itīs funny how things change. Now that I "know" the man behind PCL a bit better Iīm even more interested as always. I mean I read your songs and thought about it. And I "met" you in them if you know what I mean.

Well, enough bla, bla!

Itīs funny. I thought about the song "She misses him" from Tim Rushlow and posted in his thread. I like it when people bring those things in our minds and "force" us to think about it.

I feel sorry for your mom, but she can be happy for her boy. :)

Keep it going!

i hear slow piano music.

I hear voices sometimes! :p ;)

Thanks for sharing!
