View Full Version : Limited Edition cover of Garth Brooks and the magic of Christmas

I know we've had threads on it before, but I can help but see something in that crystal ball Garth is holding. It looks like a train in the distance coming straight at us. Any other thoughts on what it could be, if anything?
I also notice, in the newer cover, how that crystal ball is now fully filled with the sky the first one only hints at.
Also, in the recent article Garth Brooks: King of the World, he's not holding a crystal ball at all, but a pewter(?) replica of earth. That was in CMT magazine. Wish someone could scan that for us. It is a gorgeous full page photo of that cover.

I see something different Dale...

There is a light in the middle of the darkness though...
i'm not saying it's a train though...
because it sorta looks like something is underneath of it.

Would love to see close up pics of both versions...
but my scanner isn't working right now...

Hawk, I had put the entire article on the Garthbox in two parts, plus a little tale by Tyler England about Garth eating eel in Spain that was so funny! Wish I had a scanner to help us out with that picture.
