Strong Ones By Jeri Rae Battenfield

There are some people;
Who ask for no fame;
That stay on the sidelines;
Saving other peoples lives;
In the tough times;
They are the strong ones;
Running through the long runs;
Playing the hard part;
They can be the wrong ones;
But they're the strong ones;
They play a bigger part;
Than what you see;
They do more;
Than what you know;
Lending an ear;
To cry in;
They are always here;
And we all know;
They are the strong ones;
Running through the long runs;
Playing the hard part;
They can be the wrong ones;
But they're the strong ones;
They are the people;
Who work 40 hours a week;
To make sure their family makes ends meet;
They are the people;
Risking their lives on the street;
Never asking ;
For a thanks;
Even though;
They are the strong ones;
Running through the long runs;
Playing the hard part;
They can be the wrong ones;
But they're the strong ones;
Strong ones;
The strong ones.............

The end

That's my mom who just posted my song here. I'm no entering some stupid contest if I have to sing. I can't sing my own songs very well. I can sing em,but I suck.

Well, I think it's a pretty impressive song for a 13 year old girl..songwriters make a lot of money. You don't need to sing them..just sell them. :D

I'd get it to a professional song writer or singer if I knew how!
