Ever see Collin Raye in concert?

I'm seeing CR on May 4, and was just wondering who has seen him before... is he good in concert? I hope so!!

Has anyone ever had any luck meeting him before or after the show? Does anyone know if he makes himself available, and what I should do for my best chance? Any advice is appreciated!!

I'm so excited, he's one of my favorites... I really hope he's awesome. :) My seats are horrible, but maybe we will be able to improve our situation when the time comes... at the Bacon Brothers concert I was at two weeks ago, we had 14th row tickets, off to the right of center, but ended up at Kevin Bacon's feet! lol... So we'll see. :)

YES !! he opened for the first time i saw Trisha back in nov 1995.. and i had just got done meeting her when he came onstage ...:) and so he did his set and he said he had a special surprise and they did a duet :) she is better in person than on cd.. i am getting carried away now this is bout collin and not bout trisha..sorry:rolleyes:

he was very good :)

it's a great show.. just can't expect what Garth does on stage.. LOL.. he's more like a John Michael Montgomery

I think you'll really enjoy it.. he can work the stage.. but he "walks" not "runs" around LOL :)

I've only seen him at Fan Fair last year and he was a real entertainer.

I've only seen him once and it was about three or four years ago. He was pretty low key. I read an interview with him a few months ago and I was disappointed in some of his comments.

If Y@nkee or Tommy see this, they would be able to comment on what you might expect...Tommy's twin brother is a big fan and so is Y@nkee...Collinators they call themselves.

YES!! I saw him twice in concert :) For my second time, my brother had a chance to meet him in person. Jimmy was lucky to have a backstage pass.

Collin puts on a great show :) You will have a great time in his concert. ENJOY :D

girl! :D Next to Garth, Collin is one of my favorites and he is awesome in concert.I have seen him twice and hope to see him again soon:)

The only way you could get to meet him is if it is prearranged...like if you win a radio contest or if you belong to his fan club and have been scheduled for a meet and greet (prior to/or after)a show. It is nothing personal, it is just that he does not meet unless it is arranged :)Depending on the venue though, you may be allowed to go up front to take pictures. Also, the first time I saw him was at a smaller theater venue, and we were
allowed to go right up to the stage, and I got to shake Collin's hand twice :) Also, keep an eye out for flying towels lol. One of the things Collin does is wipe the sweat from his brow and throw the towels into the audience lol :)
